Most of the research IntelliSurvey undertakes is performed discreetly and privately without expectation of any recognition. Our commitment to confidentiality is a given, which makes being acknowledged for our work on the recently published Women in the Workplace report such an appreciated gesture.

The initiative was launched  in 2015, by LeanIn.Org and McKinsey & Company to advance gender diversity in the workplace and is the largest study on the state of women in corporate America. This year, the report collected information from 333 participating organizations employing more than 12 million people, and surveyed over 40,000 employees.

Congratulations to the IntelliSurvey team who supported the Women in the Workplace project through the years. We’re proud of all of our project managers and teams for consistently going the extra mile to bring complex projects to fruition.

We would like to thank McKinsey for the opportunity to collaborate on this interesting research, and for including us in their report. We hope to see much discussion generated on this very important topic.

Finally, we too would like to thank women, past and present, who have continued to transform the workplace for the better.
